The six-week summer Hk Maker Lab program focuses on teaching design fundamentals by having participants create a biomedical device to address a health issue, develop a business plan, and test their prototype. The program culminates in a presentation to biomedical industry leaders. Participants may also have the opportunity to use the facilities at Harlem Biospace to further develop their projects.
